Distrib Menu: rename the auto_yes variable to auto_choose_default
and fix the logic for when the default answer to a question is NO

This fixes the bug where exporting a windows build from the
command-line with the -distrib argument Did the Wrong Thing
and embedded the icon file even though That Is Currently Unwise
