drawmap would be cropped to 320x200 for a tick when exiting the Spells, Equip or Save/Load menus

If drawmap was the first draw call on a paarticular frame, then whatever
previous the cliprect was for the previous target Frame would get used, which
could be smaller if it was a compatpage.
