Convert Platform Options menu to EditorKit.

Reduced from 270 non-blank lines to 133! A lot of that is due to deduplicating
code rather than EditorKit. But I'm glad to see such a complicated menu loop
gone.

Also you can now edit button scancodes as integers (so you can also copy-paste
them); scancodename(0) returns "None" instead of "Scancode 0"; added
scLASTASSIGNED; and slightly reduced prompt_for_scancode timeout. Trimming 0.1s
did a lot to reduce the annoyance!
