[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Feature Request: Moving through the item creation menu with hotkeys (#1205)

When adding large amounts of items, attacks, etc to OHRRPGCE, things can get tedious very fast. One glaring issue is that there is no button to quickly hop to the next item. For instance, in the shop menu when you're adding items and changing their prices, you have to move all the way to the bottom of the menu, change the price, them move to the top of the menu, switch to the next item, and go all the back to the bottom again. A simple feature in which you could cycle through items with the < > keys would make a process like this a lot smoother. You could go to the price of an item, change it, then simply press > to go to the next item, and you'll already be on the price section.
