[Ohrrpgce] SVN: james/12298 Switch bobthehamster/freebasic to use fbc 1.07.3

FB 1.08.1 was released with some fix to SCREENINFO, but I haven't checked
whether it fixes the problem we had with 1.08. My reading of the changelog
entry is that it doesn't.
But we don't need a fix, we can work around it ourselves.
