[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Feature request: More stats (#1207)

I'm surprised this request wasn't already filed here. However there is [a plan on the wiki](https://rpg.hamsterrepublic.com/ohrrpgce/Plan_for_more_flexible_stats). I hope we get to it in the not-too-distant future. It would certainly be a big boon.

Also, we've been meaning to rename the "counter" stat to something else. It is confusing to new users, as it has nothing to do with counter attacks.
