[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Unable to install APK files on Android 7 (#1197)

Eon Hetwo reports that a recently built apk fails to install on their Android version 7.1.1 device, sayin that it is incompatible.

"allow installation from unknown sources" was enabled, and they tried both the 32 bit and 64 bit apks
