[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Feature request: Inns asking for item trade-in as currency (#1168)

Currently, inns can only be free _or_ charge the default in-game money while the Buy, Sell, and Hire menus can involve item trades in addition to or in place of that.

This could be useful for entire games or just specific towns that use some sort of commonplace item as a currency instead of regular money.
