[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Default equipment per hero for all slots, not just weapons (#504)

This also a very useful proposed feature for any game involving the Old Level-Up Bug and would save a lot of headache on needing to write plotscripts to add equipment to the player inventory and force equip it at the intro/upon every hero joining just to guarantee certain characters are noted in-game as wearing clothing by default.

This was also my HeartBug in 2018's Heart of the OHR Contest, wasn't it?
