Spell scrolls are inventory items that are supposed to let characters cast spells without paying the associated MP cost. Even though I _don't_ have "Check Costs When used as an Item" set on the spells, for some reason it won't let my Cleric or Warrior use these items and my Wizard and Thief both lose MP when they do.
