[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Virus scanners triggering on hspeak.exe (#1146)

A second report, by marinakittaka in Discord, that Kaspersky (apparently silently) prevented hspeak.exe from being unzipped from ohrrpgce.zip (Gorgonzola). All files that appear after hspeak.exe in the zip also didn't get unzipped, including SDL.dll, so Game/Custom couldn't run. When using the Windows installer instead, it seems to have installed all files except hspeak.exe.

Also I see Virustotal now reports no detections. (IIRC the one previous detection wasn't Kaspersky.)
