[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Virus scanners raise false alarm on game.exe when a game icon is embedded (#38)

Number of detections (following [previous link](https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/7cacc6e086b4897e5e19ee33ee9ff667add0dcebaf5ae6dcb2f4d7b95160b5c9/detection)) has increased back to 16/68 and includes many popular scanners like Microsoft, McAfee  Bitdefender and TrendMicro.

Prifurin suggested that we use ResourceHacker instead to embed icons. It's freeware but not redistributable, so Custom would have to download it from the official site. A 3MB download, not bad, but much larger than rcedit. It has a commandline option to embed icons.
