More find_point_in_text fixes and improvements:

-add charsize() function
-find_point_in_text and find_text_char_position return the character size, not just height
-make use of character size for text slice insert cursor size
-Use XYPairs in more places
-maxlines arg to text_layout_dimensions did nothing (renamed to endline)
