show_help: Don't turn off use_render_text when switching to editing

A step towards making use_render_text the only mode.

Previously this was necessary because the cursor was broken.
use_render_text is many times faster (e.g 70% CPU reduced to 20% at 60fps
in attack bitsets menu)
