Respect numlock. When off (xor shift), numpad keys are remapped to Left, etc.

When it's on, no remapping happens. I think this the solution to have the option
whether numpad keys are separate (for scripted purposes), or act as normal
controls.

It would be possible to make "keypress", etc, commands override the numlock
mapping by making script_keyval call keyval_ex directly.
