rpgbatch: add scan_text.py script and fixed a couple minor problems. Scan .bak files too

Like all other rpgbatch scripts, this ones's a terrible mess and written for a
specific task, but useful for adapting.

Requires latest nohrio (rpgbatch branch) from git
