[Ohrrpgce] SVN: james/11572 update ohrstable.sh script to set the symlinks for 64 bit and 32 bit mac

I also manually updated HamsterRepublic.com/dl/OHRRPGCE.dmg to be a symlink
to OHRRPGCE-x86-64.dmg and also updated
HamsterRepublic.com/dl/ohrrpgce-mac-minimal.tar.gz to be a symlink to
HamsterRepublic.com/dl/ohrrpgce-mac-minimal-x86_64.tar.gz
so that people clicking old links to the mac stable version will still get
the right thing
