[Ohrrpgce] Importing bugzilla bugs into github

 https://rpg.hamsterrepublic.com/bugzilla/ already exists (it's a redirect
to the sf buglist, plus hosts
https://rpg.hamsterrepublic.com/bugzilla/buglist.txt). So I guess the
logical URL to use is
