Fix crash if compiled with FB 1.06+; FB rtlib's internal __fb_ctx layout changed without me noticing

This meant that OPENFILE was using a bad FB_HANDLE and the first attempt to close a file would crash!

Considering that this change was made in 2015 and FB 1.06 was released in 2016
and I most recently recompiled FB (and rtlib) half a year ago I can't possibly
understand why I didn't notice until upgrading FB to latest git (FB 1.08)
