[Ohrrpgce] SVN: james/12140 Jenkinsfile: parameterize the credentials ID also

It is now pretty easy for me to configure a "wip" branch in Jenkins that
uploads nightly builds, and at the same time a "TEST" branch that stores
builds on my local machine.

That means I can reasonably test the full build/distrib process on a branch
before I do a git svn dcommit
