[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Freeze in SDL_CloseAudio when using PulseAudio? (#1079)

I was browsing the SDL bugzilla and noticed that something like this bug is [SDL bug 3414](https://bugzilla.libsdl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3413), "SDL & PulseAudio: Apps produce no sound, and freeze upon closing". The bug is closed ENDOFLIFE since it's SDL 1.2-only.

The backtraces there (eg [this one](https://bugzilla-attachments.libsdl.org/attachment.cgi?id=2556)) are nearly the same as I posted here.

I can't remember whether audio would actually work before SDL deadlocked when quitting. I think I still see this, or at least other pulseaudio-related crashes and freezes, from time to time.
