[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Way to skip arguments in HamsterSpeak by passing their default value (#1158)

I hate to be a negative Nancy, but I think named arguments are more programmatic. I don't think I've seen something like this before. What happens if the arguments that are skipped aren't really optional?
