[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] SDL_Mixer's Mix_HaltMusic freezes with certain non-default timidity.cfg option (#659)

I added a new "resolved: obsolete" label for unfixed bugs pertaining to obsolete platforms/configurations.  We have a pile of these old 2008-2009 MIDI on Ubuntu bugs. The fork of Timidity in SDL_mixer has received fixes over the years (and it's completely replaced with a differe in the unreleased SDL_mixer 1.2.13). I tried to reproduce this bug using SDL_mixer 1.2.12 (using timidity) and found that adding any of those lines to timidity.cfg (which are the wrong syntax anyway according to my `man timidity.cfg`) caused SDL_mixer to simply not play MIDI files.
