[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Needs more search (#578)

You can now search in the thingbrowsers for most things by name, but it would be nice if you could search by more than name, e.g. by attack captions or descriptions too. And ideally by some of the non-textual data, though that needs to be a specific, limited request, or else it's too much work.

And I'd really like to be add a "notes" field to data such as enemies and items, where you could keep notes and search for text in the notes (e.g. for labelling, though that should probably be a separate field).
