[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] NPC editing improvements (#1009)

Copy/pasting NPC definitions was implemented in Dwimmercrafty, and remembering the cursor is simple so I just implemented it.

But I still think that we need let people avoid making lots of copies of NPC definitions. To that end I've just filed #1150 for one-time-usable NPC instances, and #1135 global/shared NPC definitions also will help.
