[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Freeze when playing a corrupted midi (#419)

Trying to play the attached sample MIDI file now produces this error on linux, SDL_mixer 1.2.12:
`` Could not load song /mnt/common/ohrrpgce/testfiles/madness-broken.mid : MIDI file: read_midi_event: Success``
and when I play it on Win XP (SDL_mixer 1.2.12) it just stops on a hung note (doesn't loop), but the program doesn't freeze or log any error.

When I tried playing the MIDI with music_native on Windows it crashed, so I'll just relabel this as a music_naitve bug, not music_sdl.
