[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Scrolling glitches including incorrect start position in sprite editor browser (#1110)

This is likely a separate bug, but I'll just post it here.
If you have more than ~3323 textboxes, then pressing page down in the textbox browser causes the selection to jump down about 3323 textboxes (or more if the window is larger than 320x200) in one go and then go no further. If you start from Back/New/Filter it goes to 3321 instead (at 320x200), if you start on textbox 4 it'll go to 3237, etc.
Probably some kind of overflow but I haven't found out where yet.
