[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Ogg encoding lockup (#974)

As mentioned in #1011, I've discovered that the lockup problem (the first of the two bugs reported here) was a FB bug fixed in FB 1.00:
``- On Linux/*BSD, shell(), exec(), run(), chain(), dylibload(), dylibunload() weren't thread-safe (due to Unix rtlib's console I/O handling)``
