[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Game hangs when started in fullscreen from a terminal under Linux with gfx_sdl (#1011)

Hey, I just discovered that that stacktrace shows the program hanging in exactly the same way as (one of the problems in) bug #974: in `read` called inside FB's `console_resize` interrupt handler called during a `waitpid` called by `fb_Shell` (FB's `SHELL` function). And a commonality between these two bug reports seems to be that Custom was run from a console.

This was a FB bug. Looking at FB's changelog for version 1.00 (formerly version 0.91) shows
``- On Linux/*BSD, shell(), exec(), run(), chain(), dylibload(), dylibunload() weren't thread-safe (due to Unix rtlib's console I/O handling)``

Also, I have since rewritten `ISDIR` so it doesn't call SHELL anyway.
