Fix crash when viewing Map with smooth scaling from inside a shop

Crashrpt 7eba18c5 and others

Happened because minimap() will call switch_to_32bit_vpages, but that didn't
support compatpages - views onto another page. Did an invalid deallocation.  It
reliably crashed if you hit enter multiple times to leave and reenter the
minimap.

However the map behind the shop menu remains black after you exit the minimap;
fixing separately.
