scons/android: explicitly add sdlmain.c to the source files

This means that sdlmain.c doesn't have to be manually copied into a subdir of
project/jni/application/ when using misc/makeapk.sh

Also, change how header files are copied in; only copy .h and .hpp and don't
break if there are no headers in a subdirectory.
