showbug & fatalbug now invoke CrashRpt to send a report, and fatalerror no longer does

This only happens for the first bug encountered each time Game/Custom are executed.

Also, the way CrashRpt was previously invoked by fatalerror prevented the
program from shutting down cleanly

Also tweaked some strings in crashrpt_lang.ini
