Convert lots of errors to showbugs, mostly those that were showerrors

I avoided changing anything to a showbug that's a known problem, e.g. sprite
cache leaks.

As a rule, file I/O errors and corrupt data files use showerror, not showbug.
There are now almost no showerrors left that should be showbugs, but there
are many many debugs and visible_debugs that should probably be showbug.
