Use writeablecopyfile instead of copyfile in a bunch of places, fixing some problems

In particular, this fixes the distrib menu creating zips/etc which contain
read-only files if the OHR is installed read-only, and then not being able to
delete its temp files.

Some of these writeablecopyfile's aren't really needed, but might as well be
future-proof. However I didn't change every copyfile.
But probably we should just make copyfile always produce a writable file,
and get rid of writeablecopyfile...
