Changed my mind; there are three Mac builds currently but soon we'll
probably go back to just two: x86 (using gfx_sdl) and x86_64 (using
gfx_sdl2), and anything else (x86_64 gfx_sdl?) would be nonstandard and get
an extra suffix.

BTW, gfx_sdl2 doesn't actually work on Mac yet.
