Wrapping text slices with width < 8 or use_render_text=YES wrapped at the wrong point

This was actually two different very similar bugs.

Width < 8 slices were meant to wrap at the right edge of the screen, but
ordinary use_render_text=NO text slices wrapped there when X = ScreenX.

use_render_text=YES slices (even when width >= 8) only wrapped correctly when
ScreenX = 0.
