Fix OOB readblock when previewing maps in very old .rpgs with mis-sized passmaps

FUABMX v1 and npc_tags.rpg are examples of games where the passmaps are 2 rows
smaller than the wallmap. Normally this gets corrected when entering the map
editor, but map previewing happens before that.
