[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Add a scripting command to simulate a mouse click (#30)

We might want to mark these input-simulating commands as internal by giving them an _ previx to their names, and discourage their use.

We definitely need a simple command that makes the hero activate whatever npc is in front of them, and we can encourage people to use that rather than simulating a keypress
