process_crashreports: build a proper symbol store hierarchy that MS debuggers can use, and get correct SDL_mixer/gfx_directx pdbs from git

You need to delete breakpad/ inside your symbols_cache dir to regenerate it
correctly to get MS debuggers to work, but process_crashreports.py should
continue to work fine if you don't.
