[Ohrrpgce] SVN: teeemcee/11241 Mac: gfx_sdl2 now works

It worked great with SDL 2.0.3, but then I upgraded to the latest version,
SDL 2.0.10 and now the window just appears white :(
To compile with gfx_sdl2, you have to install SDL2.framework (and usually
SDL2_mixer.framework) in one of the standard Frameworks locations, eg
~/Library/Frameworks or /Library/Frameworks
Note that you can't use bundle-apps.sh yet. So I haven't tried whether
running it from inside an .app fixes it.
Well, now that I think about it, you could run bundle-apps.sh and it would
simply put SDL/SDL_mixer 1.2  in the app, which would then get ignored, and
I think the OS will find the correct frameworks installed in the default
locations.
