Fix gh#14 gfx_sdl: crash when changing window scale factor in 32-bit mode

Also fixed one-frame lag where the screen was drawn at the wrong resolution
after changing scale, not properly filling the window.
(This only affected gfx_sdl since other backends don't even support variable
resolution)
