bam2mid: ignore "stop song" commands, like asm code did, to fix certain BAM files

It's not documented like that, but that's how it actually behaved.

In particular Timestream Saga contains two songs with "stop song" right at
the beginning, resulting in a very short MIDI which triggered the MIDI loop
crash bug.
