"suspend text box controls" is now a separate command. "suspend box advance" no longer suspends choiceboxes

I had added that command as an alias for "suspend box advance". But that change
broke games which did:
  suspend box advance
  show textbox (X)  # has a choice box
  wait for key (use key)
  advance textbox
which included, at least, Vikings and War on Christmas
