Enemy Rewards menu now shows a preview of the total drop and steal chances

Also a little code cleanup here.

Tacking information onto the end of a menu item in a flexmenu, like
"Rare Item %: 50% (20% in total)" is such a pain, which is why I added a full-
blown preview instead, which is much clearer anyway.
