Etheldreme whatsnew: mention zzo38's forgotten new attack options!

James added these to the attack editor in r9686-9696 but we didn't put them
in whatsnew.
Recall that zzo38 also implemented more attack features which still aren't
added to the attack editor (see also r8642)
