Flip the meaning of many general, backcompat and attack bits

Simplified the names of various bits by removing negatives like "Don't".  In
some cases like "Show battle ready meter" what this accomplishes is just that
the corresponding script command is simpler to use, without reasoning about
double negatives.

Renamed and inverted a few script commands to match the renaming. Also kept the
original scripts. Decided not to mark them obsolete.

All backcompat bits are now OFF in new games, so you can see at a glance if
you're missing out on a feature or bugfix.
