distrib.bat/distrib-wine.sh/ohrrpgce.iss: copy and delete directories recursively instead of making fragile subdir assumptions

This mainly affects data/ and import/, ensuring no files are missed, but also
makes all the distribution scripts (and also bundle-app.sh) consistent with
other scripts in packaging all files under ohrhelp/ (not just *.txt)
