anykeypressed now checks all joysticks; clearkeys clears joystick keys; added dummy num_joysticks()

anykeypressed now also checks joystick x/y axes, so trigger_onkeypress_script
no longer needs to check carray(), and anykeypressed no longer calls
io_readjoysane, which is important for recording joystick imput
