distribmenu: function to rename OHRRPGCE-Game.app inside a .zip without extracting

Requires ziptool.

This is most of the work done to create Mac .zip packages with correct file
permissions from Windows, but distribute_game_as_mac_app would need to be
changed too (and also provide ziptool.exe and ohrrpgce-mac-minimal as a .zip)
