Some misc Buy and Sell menu changes

-the Buy menu now initialises gam.stock for items with Infinite stock instead
 of leaving it uninitialised. Sell initialised it
-code cleanup
-made the description box at the bottom of Sell non-fuzzy, to match Items menu
